Computerized Estimating

One of our trained estimators will assess the vehicle damage and generate a vehicle repair report using an industry wide computerized estimating system that is regularly updated. This report will detail the damage to the vehicle and give an approximate cost for the repairs. We make every effort to prepare a correct estimate the first time, however, we sometimes encounter hidden damage when a vehicle is brought in for repair. We work closely with insurance companies on additional items that were not seen during the initial estimate and will make sure that your vehicle is returned to pre-loss condition.

Body Work

Paint Work

We have made a major investment in one of the finest state-of-the-art heated paint booths available. Nearly all new vehicles use a two-stage paint process: The basecoat provides excellent metallic and solid colors in a very thin, fast-drying layer. The clearcoat provides the high-gloss, along with ultraviolet protection from the sun. The two-stage process provides greater depth of finish, superior gloss and durability and allows for blending to provide color matching on difficult colors. We take every precaution to insure that the final finish matches your original paint in both appearance and quality.

Car-O-Liner Frame Machine with Computerized Measuring System

We use the Car-O-Liner Frame Machine, which is a full-rack straightening system. This machine is designed to bring your vehicle's frame, sub-frame, and body back to with-in manufacturer specified tolerances and clearances. The Computerized Measuring System supports the entire repair process from initial damage analysis and assessment to final checks and documentation.

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

PDR is an exciting and innovative method for repairing minor dents and hail damage. PDR is auto body repair that removes minor dents by using specialized tools and reflective light. The tools are specifically designed to manipulate and flex the backside of your car's metal and remove minor dents without body filler or paint. With PDR you recieve fast, quality repairs and retain your vehicles factory paint and finish.

We strive to have a great working relationship with all Insurance Companies and we'll work closely with the field appraisers in making the repairs to your vehicle. Our goal is to do what’s in the best interest of your vehicle. We have made a conscience decision at B & B to stay away from the direct repair programs (commonly known as DRP) with the insurance companies so that we are making the repairs in the vehicle owner’s best interest and not the insurance company. DRP programs are closely regulated by the insurance company and they will make decisions on repairs based on saving a few dollars even at the expense of sacrificing quality. We are your voice and will always look out for your best interest.

Keep in mind that the insurance company will try to steer you to their DRP shops and use words like warranty and cycle time to encourage you to go there. But we provide the same or better warranty and our cycle time is right on pace with the insurance needs. They are just trying to control cost by sending you to discount repair shops that work for them and do whatever they say even if it's not in your best interest.

Here at B & B we have added a glass division to our list of services so as to have the buying power to replace auto glass at fair price without having huge mark ups. We direct bill with all Insurance Companies on glass replacement. With a few simple steps we can contact the insurance company, plan, and coordinate the authorization and scheduling while minimizing hassles for the insured.

Auto glass repair is a great way of minimizing the cost of replacing the windshield because of a rock chip. We can schedule an appointment to have the vehicle brought in and repaired in 30 minutes or less. Glass repairs will not work on long cracks. A good rule of thumb is to place a quarter over the compromised area and if the entire area is less than the size of a quarter we can repair. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the repairs won't continue to spread, but if they do will apply the full amount paid for repairs to the cost of replacement. Don't let this scare you away because 95% of repairs hold without any spreading.

Our shop is proud to offer four wheel alignment service performed in house. We purchased the Hunter Alignment machine over four years ago. We are highly trained in making complete alignments. Unfortunately in our industry 90% of all alignments are performed by setting toe specification so that tires won't wear quickly. We set caster, camber, toe, as well as all strategic angles. When we made our decision to purchase the alignment rack, it was determined that we just weren't getting the kind of quality alignments that we desire for our customers. One other big advantage that we have over other alignment shops is our ability to make structural/frame pulls to be able to bring alignments in spec. We are able to save money in this way by not buying expensive front end parts which sometimes can save the owner big money.
