- Q. My Insurance company recommends I take my vehicle to a body shop they "work with", can I bring my vehicle to B & B Auto Body?
- A. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired by any repair facility of your choice. Some insurance companies have contracts with repair facilities and use this method as a way to save themselves money. No insurance company, independent agent, representative, appraiser, adjuster or staff member of an insurance company can legally force you to take your vehicle to any specific repair facility or require repairs be made by a specific shop or individual.
- Q. Will my vehicle be repaired using original factory parts?
- A. Some insurance companies will try to dictate the use of aftermarket replacement parts. Companies other than the original vehicle manufacturer make these parts. We prefer to use original OEM parts and will work closely with your insurance company to try and have them pay for original parts. We will not install any aftermarket parts without your prior consent.
- Q. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
- A. We will provide you with an estimated date of delivery. Each collision repair is unique and sometimes additional damage is found during the tear down process, which will effect the completion date. Parts availability can also effect the completion date. We pledge to keep you informed of any changes throughout the course of repair.
- Q. Do you offer towing service?
- A. Yes, we work with two local towing companies who ensure that your vehicle will be transported with care. More information is available on our Services page.
- Q. Do you offer loaner cars?
- A. We work closely with Hertz and Enterprise Rent-a-Car. We will work with you to set-up direct billing with your insurance company, if applicable. More information is available on our Services page.
- Q. Do you offer a warranty on your work?
- A. Yes, B & B Auto Body offers one of the best warranties in the industry. More information is available on our Warranty page.
- Q. Will the paint match my existing color?
- A. We have a computerized paint matching system that assists us with matching and mixing our paint to match your vehicle. You can be assured that our paint work will meet the high standards we place on our work, and will be backed by PPG with a lifetime nationwide paint warranty as long as you own your vehicle.
- Q. Will my vehicle be restored to its pre-loss condition?
- A. Yes. From start to finish, the professionals at B & B Auto Body will do everything possible to ensure undetectable repairs. Our staff of trained technicians will carefully examine the repaired area and thoroughly clean the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
- Q. Is Paintless Dent Repair right for me?
- A. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is an effective method for dents that are dime sized and up to two inches or more in diameter (including hail damage). A trained technician will look at your vehicle and determine if your vehicle is a candidate for PDR. More information is available on our Services page.
